Professional Development for Educators of Color
Interested in Professional Development for yourself or your School District?
Our Professional Development program offers training for educators of color delivered by BIPOC educators, consultants, and professionals. Our curriculum is constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of educators; past topics include team building, contracts, career mapping, conflict management, inclusive classrooms, and culturally relevant pedagogy.
We are an approved Act 48 professional development provider with the PA Department of Education.
Membership
Individual - $25/year
School District - $2,000-$6,000/year
Membership benefits include access to professional development trainings, networking, and special pricing on other offerings. Member districts can offer free bachelor’s-level college tuition - via our partnership with Central State University (an HBCU) - to employees and their family members.
